About the Author
As Nachos NY, LEE FRANK and RACHEL ANDERSON have scoured the city for the best nachos, searched high and low for the greatest guacamole, and celebrated in style on their Guac Rock Boat Cruises. Lee is the founder and managing editor of Nachos NY and has been featured in Food Republic, Heeb Magazine, and on Good Day Sacramento. Rachel is a blogger and a baker at Robicelli's Bakery.
