About the Author
Yanitzia Canetti, born in Havana, is an author, editor, and translator with a Bachelor's in Journalism, a Master's in Linguistics, and a Ph.D. in Literature. She has published over 30 books including novels, poetry, short stories, theatre, and children's literature. She has written fiction and non-fiction series, teachers' guides, and other educational materials for bilingual education. Fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English, she has translated over 100 books, mainly for young readers.and#160;Canetti has received many awards for her work. She lives in Boston, MA, and works as an editorial director and literary assessor.
Patrice Aggs studied Fine Art at the City and Guilds Art School in London. She lives in Ashington, West Sussex, U.K.
