Sheila Lukins is one of America's best-known and best-loved food authors. In addition to co-writing the Silver Palate cookbooks and The New Basics Cookbook, she is the author of All Around the World Cookbook and U.S.A. Cookbook. In 1985, The Silver Palate Good Times Cookbookwas named "The BestEntertainingCookbook of the Year" by the IACP. The longtime food editor for Parade magazine, Ms. Lukins lives and hosts in New York City.
