Synopses & Reviews
Synopsis
This book of poems is an attempt to explore the mind of broken spirit as it learns to heal itself. It follows close to a decade in the life of a traveller of the world, the mind and spirit. The book starts with the Author homeless on the beaches Northern California and follows the internal and external wanderlust of a bipolar drug addict. These poems are the graffiti on the wall of the mind of a wayward soul. You can see the progressive desperation and isolation followed by a halt as life came crashing in around the author. Consumed by psychosis and substance abuse the desire to write was lost and some of the accompanying works were even burned during that period. After the pause in the timeline of the book, you can begin to see the persistent attitude of healing, honesty, spirituality, esoteric philosophy and some inexplicable element.
