Synopsis
Six strangers meet inside a waiting room in the after life where they rapidly discover that they must solve their own murders, reconcile their own deaths with loved ones and rectify their imperfections. Once they have solved their own deaths, they are then provided with an opportunity to occupy and borrow a human body for a week in order to correct things that they have done wrong to people during their lifetime as the Bureau of Death allows them to temporarily return to a human form to make some amends so that their souls can rest in peace. When they have made their respective corrective peace with the living, the six are then tasked with working together to solve the murders of other people whom they must also help correct their own mistakes before they can fully transcend. The Reconciliation Team in the Bureau of Death that they have been assigned to however, they rapidly discover, presents its own set of very unique problems as the dead can be even more troublesome than the living.
