About the Author
Joanne B. Ciulla, Ph.D., has been a Fellow at Harvard and Wharton, and a visiting scholar at Oxford. She is currently Professor and Coston Family Chair in Ethics and Leadership at the Jepson School of Leadership Studies, the University of RichmondShe lectures worldwide for companies such as AT&T. She lives in Richmond,Virginia.
