Could you describe your latest book, One Hundred Percent Me?
A little girl is used to hearing questions about her looks all the time. "Where are you from?" "What are you?" These questions are a constant reminder from others that she is different. As she embraces her identity and culture, she teaches others that she belongs, that the differences they notice are part of what make her unique, special, and herself....

Richa has finally captured some of her best recipes in a beautifully photographed cookbook and it was worth the wait! Richa is one of the most creative cooks on the planet, devising surprising and satisfying flavor combinations that appeal to vegan and non-vegan alike. Her recipes are easy to follow and cover a wide range of techniques and cuisines...very approachable and crazydelicious! Her desserts are superb and her breads and fudges are especially yumful! I bought one book for my brother's housewarming gift and it was an overwhelming hit...even though he isn't vegan, he cooks from it regularly. I also bought one copy for myself but my uncle regularly borrows it to cook up feasts with it for his gourmet club. Curries, fritters and naan are our favorites so far, plus boatloads of burgers from Richa's website http://www.veganricha.com/ where you'll find hundreds more recipes, plus her regular features on animal kindness projects. This book is a true treasure and Richa is a gem! :)
